Fully digitally controlled with USB and network options, the Carnaby HE2 allows you to remotely control all of the unit's buttons and controls via USB or an Ethernet network. The control plugin integrates seamlessly with Carnaby HE2 hardware via USB or NET ports, allowing convenient real-time monitoring and recall from your digital audio workstation (DAW). It also makes it easy to save and load presets independently.
One of the standout features of the Carnaby HE2 is its Mid/Side processing, particularly valuable for mastering, mixing and sound design. This feature allows HarmonicEQ® processing to be applied to the mid (center) and side (stereo width) components of the stereo signal separately, without requiring additional hardware. The Carnaby HE2 supports all necessary encoding and decoding, providing great flexibility in signal processing.
Equipped with bypassable TRS inserts on each channel, M/S post-encode and M/S pre-decode, the Carnaby HE2 is pluggable from external hardware before your signal is subjected to HarmonicEQ processing, providing greater flexibility in the signal processing chain.
